Ground beef is seriously one of the most versatile meats to use in cooking. You can use it from burgers to soups, casseroles, and stir fries.

What I think is awesome about using ground beef is that you can use a little of it to stretch out a meal. Grass-fed beef is pricey but when you can use one pound of meat to make a soup that feeds your entire family, I call that a win.

It’s important to make sure you are getting good quality ground beef to avoid chemical exposure, toxins and antibiotics that are often found in commercial meat. You also don’t get the same nutritional value from store-bought meat as you do from grass-fed meats.

However, I do find it is super easy to get into a ground beef rut! But, friend, I’m here to help because I have found over 80+ recipes that use ground beef, and they are all gluten-free.
