Great coffee! I always get an iced coffee. Only complaint is that they gave me liquid cane without asking if I preferred liquid or granulated sugar. I preferred the granulated sugar, but it was still a good coffee. 🙂

I ordered the plain stuffed bagel minis and a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and the staff were so nice. Specifically, Cameron, he was the sweetest and so helpful. Very patient too. This location is very lucky to have such a nice employee like Cameron.

The staff was friendly, store clean. Donuts were fresh, tea and coffee was on point. Great experience except for the excessive drive thru line which is sort of expected at this time

This particular Dunkin is our favorite. It is clean, they always get our order right and the staff is friendly. All the Dunkins in New Castle are filthy, orders are wrong, they are loud and most of the workers aren't friendly.

I've never had an issue with this location, unlike the one in Campbell OH or the one in co*ckeysville MD. The orders are correct, food is hot and baked goods are fresh. Staff are friendly

This is great great place to grab a cup of coffee. They have refreshers, iced coffee, tea and many trending drinks made to your liking! They also have fresh donuts and bagels as well as a small food selection. Never a complaint going here except for the long lines but they move fast!

This Dunkin' is on point!! The Starbucks down the street had this crazy long line, so my girlfriend settled for Dunkin' and was very glad we went there in the end. Not only were they so fast with her online order, but it was way cheaper, more fresh, and more tasty that the Starbucks! Hard to believe, but from this reviewer, it's very true. The store here is in great shape and the employees were cognitive and professional.

Best dunkin place in 224. Always went through the drive through. Order is always right, and they are fast. It's a smaller parking lot so you have to be careful, but otherwise it's great.
This time ordered: 2 power sandwich, 12 donuts, 1 carmal craze, mocha, and tea.

Has better coffee in my opinion than its close competitor. Never had burnt coffee sometimes the coffe is a bit strong but not enough to not be enjoyed. Also the sourdough sandwich is so good.

This is one of the best Dunkins I have been to! I am a regular and my drink is always made perfect and taste delicious. The workers are kind and I can tell they work very hard.

We made an early morning stop at this Dunkin Donuts before hitting the road. The manager was incredibly friendly - especially considering it was about 5 AM! The store was well kept on the inside and everything was fully stocked ready for the day. The area around the store is under some light construction, but there's no impact to getting in/out at all.
Highly recommended!

Coffee and drinks are very good, the staff is very friendly. The donuts are terrible. Very small and chinzy, definitely not fresh.

Fast service as always. It's usually better to just park and go in to order than go through the drive through,if you have the time. Always be sure to check the dunkin Donuts mobile app to find exclusive deals and freebies. Using their payment method in app is also very convenient for all involved.

Polite and friendly. The workers were very fast, attentive and well mannered. The donuts are usually fresh with a wide variety of donuts to choose from. Better than a lot of other dunkin donuts around here.

Friendly and knowledgeable workers, many different varieties of drinks and donuts, made fresh. Drive thru is very efficient and covid safe. Dunkin has delicious fresh made sandwiches, tater tots and bagels.

I got the hot chocolate, as I always do. it's one of my favorite drinks, and it always picks me up when I'm feeling down. comforting, always hot enough, always chocolatey enough, always creamy.

By far the best Dunkin' I've been to hands down! The Barista was kind and made my coffee just how I like it! I will definitely be back!
